Gear Flowmeter
Product Description
Gear Flowmeter is a type of flow meter with relatively high accuracy. A gear flowmeter is a type of flow meter that utilizes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of a liquid passing through the flowmeter chamber to drive a pair of gears to mesh. Two precisely matched gears are enclosed in a precision machined chamber, and the tooth root of each gear forms an equal volume chamber with the measuring chamber. Divide the liquid into individual known standard volume parts through gear rotation. Measure the total volume of liquid based on the number of times the volume chamber is filled and discharged sequentially and repeatedly. Non contact sensors generate a pulse (P) for each gear by sensing it. Digitize the extracted signal through a signal amplifier to present a square wave output signal. This signal can be processed by any external electronic product (such as PLC and IC processing), and can be displayed for instantaneous and cumulative flow on site through on-site display instruments. It can also be displayed in wireless remote transmission based on GPRS or other forms.
