Hall Flowmeter(Small-scale flow)
Product Description
Hall flowmeter is a device for measuring fluid volume flow rate, and its working principle is based on the Hall effect. The Hall effect refers to the voltage difference across the magnetic field that occurs when electrons move in conductive materials under the influence of a magnetic field. If a magnetic field is applied to the two sides of a conductive tube, when a fluid flows through the pipeline, the voltage difference along the direction of fluid flow in the conductive tube will also change due to changes in the conductivity and velocity of the fluid itself. According to this principle, a Hall flowmeter can measure the voltage difference generated when a fluid passes through a conductive tube. Usually, Hall flow meters are embedded with multiple magnetic field sensors and voltage probes, which work alternately to output a series of pulse signals, representing the volume or mass flow rate of fluid passing through conductive tubes. These signals can be received, processed, and converted into various units by measuring instruments.
